Our All Natural Whey contains all natural ingredients, we do not add any nasties. For that additional quality assurance, each pouch is certified by Informed-Sport. If you are looking to add an additional amount of protein to your diet, all natural whey is a great choice.
Whey protein helps with the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. Scientific studies have also found that whey is a superior protein source in muscular development and helps accelerate optimal recovery due to containing higher amounts of the Branched Chain Amino Acid, leucine. Personally I add a scoop of All Natural Way to my pancakes, smoothies, baked goods (such as muffins, cookies, banana loaf etc.), recipes for this can be found on our recipes page. If I’m in a hurry, I’ll add 1 scoop to my Buddha Fruit Blender Bottle with 250ml water or milk, shake it up and away I go.
