- Combine all of the ingredients in a food mixer until it becomes a smooth batter. If you have time, set aside for 30 minutes so the batter can rest.
- Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add a little bit of butter to grease the pan. Once pan is hot add a spoonful of the mixture. Cook each pancake for about a minute each side.
- Serve the pancake with toppings of your choice. I tend to add greek yoghurt, berries and a drizzle of lo han honey

- 1 banana
- 50-100ml milk of choice
