Method

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180° 
    2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients
    3. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients
    4. Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stir continuously. 
    5. Pour the mixture into muffin cases.
    6. Pop into the pre-heated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. 
    7. Take out of the oven and leave to cool and then serve. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 scoop All Natural Whey
  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 1 egg (whisked) 
  • 6-8 drops lo han honey
  • 100ml milk of choice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
