- 130g plain flour
- 200ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tsp lo han guo
- Toppings of choice
Combine all of the ingredients in a food mixer until it becomes a smooth batter. If you have time, set aside for 30 minutes so the batter can rest.
Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add a little bit of butter to grease the pan. Once pan is hot add a spoonful of the mixture. Cook each pancake for about a minute each side.
Serve the pancake with toppings of your choice.
